Certification Philosophy
Certification is authorisation — not education.
The Visionary Leadership Institute does not train leaders. It authorises individuals who demonstrably operate at a defined visionary standard.
Certification confirms alignment with institutional criteria, not personal opinion.
Framework Foundations
All certifications are assessed using proprietary frameworks, including:
- CAVIAR™ — vision and clarity architecture
- PASSAT™ — decision and execution coherence
- Culture Power Pyramid™ — leadership and organisational alignment
Frameworks are applied for assessment purposes only.
Certification Levels
The Institute currently authorises the following individual designations:
- Visionary Leadership Practitioner (VLP)
- Visionary HR Practitioner (VHRP)
- Visionary Leadership Coach (VLC)
Each designation is governed by defined eligibility, assessment, and renewal criteria.
Governance & Authority
- Certification decisions are made by the Institute
- Titles are licensed, not owned
- Certification is time-bound and reviewable
- Designations may be suspended or withdrawn
- Certification status may be verified through the Institute’s Registry
